Problem
 
  1. The effects of global warming causing instability in either hot or rainy environments in their daily lives so that the need for an umbrella is essential.
  2. People feels uncomfortable using umbrella with other things when walked in rain or hot.
  3. Cases of losing an umbrella is high while people leave and drying it up outside.
  4. Nowadays the function and feature of an umbrella demanded more innovative and attractive

Product






1.   Nanotechnology
          Nanotechnology in hood umbrella will be activated by shakes to dry it up after used.

2.   Triangle Emergency
          The stick of umbrella can be triangle emergency

3.   Zipper
          When we want to make triangle emergency, we need to detach the hood using zipper

4.   Light stick
         Stick of umbrella made from a plastic tube with a glass vial inside of it. In order to activate a light stick, you bend the plastic stick. Light stick can brighter your view in the dark without using torch


Benefits and Advantages 
  1. HITLA ease the customers with Nanotechnology that implemented in the hood of umbrella unlike other umbrella to dry up after used in rainy weather to avoid from a stealing.
  2. HITLA ensure customers’ comfortably when they walked in the dark by bend the stick and it will glow.
  3. As vehicle users, the plastic stick as handgrip in HITLA can be break into three parts with fiber as the connector when needed for emergency case and not bringing emergency triangle.
  4. Zipper on the hood of the umbrella is one of the features that HITLA have to open the hood when needed to make an emergency triangle.

Target Marketing 
  1. Government in developing/developed country  
  2. People in tropical/high rainfall country  
  3. People in unstable electricity environment  
  4. People using vehicle


    Marketing Strategy
    1. Make a memorandum with a developed/developing country about the product as a long-term project/research to be patented, published and sold.
    2. In university environment, we will advertise the product by opening a booth and act as sponsor in an event.
    3. For the public, we will promote the product in a certain time like Christmas, Hari Raya, etc. either online or offline.
    4. Giving the discount is one of the marketing strategies in a certain event and time like during rainy season.
    5. Corporate with other company that has relation with our product is another important issue for publicity like include the product in any offers from corporate company.
    6. Goes and meet customers in an event to understand what customer needs for long-term plan.

      Commercial Feasibility and Viability
      1. Accompanied by a government in a developing/developed country, HITLA will be built and researched to be patented then eventually will be sold to public.
      2. As an example the government of Malaysia will take this project because of the high technology of umbrella that implemented especially nanotechnology and the design is lighter with all the features it has.
      3. Afterwards, the viability of HITLA will be spread in another developing/developed country using our patent design and name from a country that promised stakeholder to invest more and more funds.
